Good Friday, also known as Black Friday, Holy Friday, Great Friday, Great and Holy Friday, or the Lord’s Passion Friday, is a Christian holiday that commemorates the crucifixion of Jesus and his death at Golgotha. This holiday is observed during Holy Week as part of the Paschal Triduum.
